I have automatic payments set up with my utility/bank and you.

When you enroll in our services you are set up with automatic payments with Arcadia Power. Each month we take over billing and payments to your utility, so you do not have to pay them directly. If you are still on Automatic payments with your utility or with your bank for your utility please un-enroll when your balance with your utility is $0. We want to ensure that you are not charged twice for your monthly utility bill. 

If you are enrolled in Arcadia Power's Evergreen Membership, you do not need to un-enroll from any automatic payment programs as you are still responsible for your utility charges.
