How is my bill date determined?

Arcadia Power bills you as soon as your utility issues a billing statement each month, instead of when the bill is due. We do this in order to ensure that we can pay your bill on time to your utility. 
 
When you receive your clean energy statement from us each month you have 3 days from when your email is sent before we process your payment. If you need to delay a payment, you can always contact us within the 3 day process. You can reach us by email at customercare@arcadiapower.com or phone at (866) 526-0083.
