How do I delay a payment?

If you need to delay a payment please either:

Email us at with the subject line "Urgent: Delay Payment".

Please include the date you'd like your bill to process in the email call us at 866-526-0083.

Please note if you are calling or emailing the same day as a payment is set to withdraw, we may not be able to delay the payment. Please also be advised that, as it can take up to two weeks for payments to be fully processed, any delayed payment made through our system may result in a late payment with your utility.
