Can I still receive my bill directly from my utility?

When you enroll in Bill Pay, Arcadia Power will receive your utility bill and manage payments on your behalf. We will send you an Arcadia Power statement and you will no longer receive statements from your utility. If you would like to access your local utility account for any reason you can login to your utility account to view your statements.

In some instances, your utility credentials will be updated to a unique Arcadia Power email address. If you want to login to your utility account you can use this unique email to access your online utility account. If you need help logging in please reach out to customercare@arcadiapower.com.
