Can I still receive my bill directly from my utility?

With our consolidated billing service, Arcadia Power takes over payment of your utility bills. However, you will still have access to your utility account online. If you need help accessing this information we can provide you with your login credentials in order to view any utility statements, usage, or program information. 

If you would prefer not to have a consolidated bill, we can always bill you separately on the Evergreen Membership. With this membership, we won't be able to match your actual monthly usage, but we can use your average historical usage to ensure you’re 100% covered.
